2.1 Products & pricing

• All product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude delivery, installation, or net metering charges unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors. In case of a significant pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund

2.2 Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed only after we receive the agreed payment (full or advance) and verify stock availability
• We accept bank transfers, selected digital payment methods, and other options displayed at checkout or communicated by our sales team
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud. Any payment received will be refunded

2.3 Delivery & installation

• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on product availability, location, and logistics conditions
• Large solar equipment may require special handling and coordination
• Installation and net metering services are subject to a site survey and technical feasibility assessment
• Delays caused by customer site readiness, missing permissions, force majeure, or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility

2.4 Warranty

• Panels, inverters, and batteries carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the respective product pages or documentation
• Any workmanship warranty for installation services will be stated separately in the project agreement
• Warranties do not cover damage from improper third-party installation, misuse, negligence, natural disasters, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications

2.5 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electro Engineering Pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, services, or website.

2.6 Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product information — is the property of Electro Engineering Pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

2.7 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
