Due to the specialized, high-value, and often customized nature of solar equipment, we maintain a clear and fair return and refund policy as outlined below.

3.1 Eligible returns

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be considered for return within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval
• Products must be in perfect condition with all accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging intact
• Custom-ordered items, opened packages, used products, and installed equipment are generally not eligible

3.2 Non-returnable items

• Panels, inverters, batteries, or structures that have been installed, connected, or energized
• Any product showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging
• Installation, net metering applications, site surveys, structure fabrication, and consultation once work has commenced
• Clearance, promotional, or specially discounted items marked as non-returnable

3.3 Return process

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email, with your order number, product details, and reason for return
2. After our team reviews and approves the request, we will provide return instructions
3. Return the product in original condition. Return shipping is generally borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective on arrival
4. A restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply on approved returns of non-defective products

3.5 Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and successfully inspect the returned product
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

3.6 Warranty claims

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are handled according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy and are separate from this Return & Refund Policy. Please retain your invoice and product documentation for warranty support.
